Are you a King?

Beloved, I have tried not to overuse this page during the year. I have only wanted to write on this page when I know a prophetic word, warning or teaching God wants me to bring forth. I try to leave the other writings to the blog site for teaching and training.

But for the last few weeks since this economic collapse has come to America and the world, I have been left with a great sense of emptiness that has not gone away. At first, I though it was something in me alone, but as I have sought the Lord the emptiness I am feeling is in the Body of Christ here in America.

So many Christians have put their live savings in 401K’s or the stock market and have lost so much money in these past few weeks like many other Americans. I see a bewilderment on so many Christians faces. Some have commented, Jesus must be coming back soon! But I feel such a void in the Holy Spirit in the Atmosphere over our nation. A void that I have never felt before, I have been seeking the Lord about this and I believe I am getting some understanding to it.

I am not worried about Barak Obama being the anti-Christ as some have suggested, or the new world order that may come. Many have suggested the one world currency may be coming soon due to this world wide economic collapse. It very well may be coming!

Everyday I am getting emails about some event happening in the world about Senator Obama, or McCain, or something else from Christians that I began to wonder what we are really looking upon. With that question came to my spirit by the Holy Spirit a dialogue between Pontius Pilot and Jesus.

Let me refresh you with conversation:

John 18:33-34 Then Pilate went back into the Praetorian and sent for Jesus and said to him, are You the King of the Jews? Jesus made answer, do you say this of yourself, or did others say it about me?

John 18:35-36 Pilate said, Am I a Jew? Your nation and the chief priests have given you into my hands: what have you done? Jesus said in answer, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom was of this world, my disciples would have made a good fight to keep me out of the hands of the Jews: but my kingdom is not here.

John 18:37 Then Pilate said to him, Are you then a king? Jesus made answer, You say that I am a King For this purpose was I given birth, and for this purpose I came into the world, that I might give witness to what is true. Every lover of what is true gives ear to my voice.

John 18:38   Pilate said to him, True? What is true? Having said this he went out again to the Jews and said to them, I see no wrong in him.

As I meditate upon this void, or emptiness I feel over our nation, this word wrings through my spirit. An accusation against Jesus Christ in the hearts of many Christians: ARE YOU A KING? If you are, why is this happening to me.  I paid my tithes and offerings and went to church every Sunday. Why am not being blessed and prosperous right now. The evil people should lose their 401K’s not me.

But there is an answer for us in this time of economic, social and natural unrest. It is this: OUR KINGDOM IS NOT OF THIS WORLD! So why are we all looking at the government to fix things? Why do we think Senator Obama or McCain are what is going to lead us out of this mess? Why are we more focused on the “politics of the day,” verses the Kingdom of God which is not of this world.

Listen to Jesus’ words to Pilot. “You say that I am King and your right. For it is this purpose I was given birth, and for this purpose I came into the world, that I might give witness to the truth. Everyone who loves truth gives ear to my voice.”

So, mighty nation of God, what voice are you listening to? Is this voice of the stranger or the voice of the Almighty? Everyone who loves truth hears my voice? Which voices are you hearing household of the living God? Are you hearing the voice of doom, gloom and bank accounts or retirement accounts being emptied Are you hearing the voices of politicians, or the voice of your Heavenly Bridegroom alluring you into the wilderness to speak tenderly to your hearts? Are you hearing the voice of the false prophets that are speaking fear and panic to your hearts? Or are you hearing the voice of your beloved saying, “arise my love, my fair one, come away with me.?

The TRUTH, Jesus Christ is still speaking and He says, “my sheep hear my voice.” You will never change things through politics or your own hands. I am the Lord your God who have declared and decreed the events that are now going to come. Think not, you can stay my hand any longer says the Lord, for the day of fulfillment has come upon you. This is the twilight of the old and the dawn of the new for all that can hear my voice.

The voices of this world will lead you the broad way that leads to destruction. Destruction, calamity is the only sound they know, it will surely come. But for those who know my voice, this valley of trouble, shall be a door of Hope that will bring you to the secret recesses of my heart, for all who will trust me now like never before.

I came to bear witness to the truth, I am the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father accept through me. I am the truth in which there is no lie. Why do you waste your time on that which is lies and not the truth? The kingdom of God is not meat, nor drink, nor does it come with observation. So what are you looking for my people? Better, who are you looking for? The voice of this age or the trumpet of the age to come will that be what you hear?

Who will hear the voice of the “war trumpet” say come up here, so I can show you the things that must come up here.” Who will hear the voice of the “He who is to come?” Shall it be you? Do you know me? Do you know my voice? Do you know my ways? My Kingdom is not of this world. My economy is not of this world. My safety is not of this world. My peace is not of this world. So why do you keep looking for me where I AM NOT? IT IS TIME TO FIND ME WHERE I AM! IN MY FATHER’S HOUSE THERE ARE MANY DWELLING PLACES! I HAVE GONE AWAY TO GO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU, SO THAT WHERE I AM, YOU ALSO SHALL BE!

Does anyone have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches? You must not look at the stock market, the world wide economic collapse, or any civil or national leader, but you must seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.

Will you trust me now? Will you walk with me now? Or will you put your hope in faith in your political parties, bank accounts, savings, or Banks with 401K’s? “If my kingdom was of this earth, my Father would have sent myriads of angels to defend me.” But my Kingdom is not of this world.”

Beloved, are you living as a stranger and pilgrim of this land, or have you become one its inhabitants? Is making your rent more important than the prosperity of your soul? Is your bank account more important than the Kingdom of God? If they are, then these will be the worst days of your life, and you will become bitter against God. For where a man’s treasures are, there is His heart.

This day, the fire is revealing what really has captured your heart, the Kingdom of this world or the Kingdom of Almighty God and His Christ.  Which kingdom do you belong to right now? Where are your heart’s affections? Are you shaking like everyone else you know? Is your priority saving your 401k or saving souls? Is your priority your portfolio or healing people with polio?

Remember Beloved, where your heart is that is where your treasure will be. This is why I am writing this word. Don’t get caught up in the political mess. Don’t get your eyes on the earthly, but on the spiritual things of God. Become Spiritual men and woman with the eyesight of heaven and the heart of your King. Then when you hear, Are you a king? You can say, not only is He a king, but He is the ONE AND ONLY KNG OF Kings AND Lord OF Lords
