Beloved,
I started to write a brief note, but the Holy Spirit downloaded a word/teaching in me to share today. This word may not be for everyone, but it is for those God is having me write to.
I must say, this is not easy to write, but there is a separation God is doing in His house. He is separating the fat sheep and the lean sheep from his “new breed” of leaders. We must understand the “new work” of the “new wineskin” going on in the house of the Lord.
I believe God is giving some understanding that is critical for the “new breed” of Davidic leaders God is bringing to the forefront.
Many of this “new breed” of leaders had many good relationships with those who have been with them from the beginning of their ministry or at least for a long time up to now.
In our natural mind we may believe that because they have been with us and faithful in the past and present, they are fit to enter into the season of the “new wine skin” and have the “new wine” in them.
Yet, I hear the Lord say, NO THEY ARE NOT! Beloved, many who have been with you do not have the new wine skin nor do they have the new wine to run with you.
Many of those who have been with you have entrenched themselves from receiving and functioning from the “anointing” on your life. This has allowed them to be able to work along your side out of the “anointing” you have carried up to now, but that will not work in the “new wineskin” kingdom age that is now here.
This new day, this new place, this new moment in history each of those you labor with must not only have their initial oil in their lamps, but THEY MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EXTRA OIL to walk with THE LORD, and where God is leading you to go.
Those that have clung to your “Apostolic /father, Prophetic/ father, Pastoral/Father, Evangelistic/Father, Teacher/Father anointing to live and work with you WILL NOT BE READY TO ENTER THE NEW OF THE LORD. THEY STILL HAVE THE OLD WINE SKIN OF “SOMEONE ELSE ANOINTING, YOURS! THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN EXTRA SUPPLY OF OIL.”
Those who have been with you working “under your anointing” that God placed in your life do not have their own supply of oil, nor their own armor, thus they can not help you go further in Kingdom advancement.
The Lord is separating you from the fat sheep who have fed off your anointing and operated in the Spirit of God under that umbrella. They have built their ministry by the “anointing on your life.”
This has caused them to grow fat with that which is not their own. They will not be able to function in the “new kingdom” age function without their own supply of oil and the extra oil to run with you and the Lord.
He is also separating you from the lean sheep from you as well. The lean sheep are the scrawny ones. These are the ones that have been with you and basically do what you ask them to do, but do not seek the Lord much on their own.
They may be faithful workers in the house of God, but they are not “battle ready soldiers” that can run with the King and fight along your side. These may even be leaders with you but they always needy “for you” “what you carry” but never develop their own spiritual life to become mature sons or daughters. They are lean sheep!
A New Breed of Leaders:
It will not be easy for many “new breed leaders” who have been around for a while to “let the fat and lean sheep go. God is not done with them and he loves them, they are just not ready to run with you and go with you where God is leading you.
Beloved, we are in a new day and in a new time. We can only run with those who are running with the King if we are truly going to advance the Kingdom of God upon the earth.
There is a divine repositioning happening in the Body of Christ that must come forth. There is a divine realignment happening where God must arrange the Body parts as He sees fit.
It is the Lord alone who arranges the Body Parts. That is His job and His work not ours. The Lord is forming us into a wheel within a wheel upon the earth.
The day of the eye being on the hand, the finger on the foot is over. The day of the ear saying to the foot, I don’t need you is over. This is wrong order in God’s house by a religious spirit that has left the church powerless, sick, and anemic to impact the nation with the Glory of God.
If we continue to “build” what God is not building then we can never operate and function to use the Keys to the Kingdom to transform the earth with the knowledge and glory of God.
Having lots of “faithful church members” sounds appealing, but has it yet produced the army of God functioning in kingdom power, glory and dominion yet? NO, NO IT HAS NOT!
God is not only positioning his body strategically in this nation, He is changing the order and structure of how leadership is to function together under His complete headship.
The present leadership model is based on “gifts” instead of “functioning gifting.” In the present structure there is always “one” that has to take the roll of head over whatever.
We now even have Apostles of Apostles in some places? Yet, God is making a Body, a wheel within a wheel with each part supply what the other needs. These are not “positions” but functions.
Understanding Divine Function:
We must understand our “divine functioning” if we are ever going to be knitted with others the way God desires us to be under His complete headship. God does have elders, and he does have “leaders”, and they must lead as the Spirit of God directs them, but they are not heads of parties!
Beloved, the “new breed of leadership” will not see themselves as the head, but Jesus alone as the head and they are just his instruments. The new leadership will look to find the “right other body parts” they are called to labor with and willingly and lovingly submit their gift to the Holy Spirit in each other as God leads.
Paul's teaches us this in 1st Corinthians 3: 4 For when one of you says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere men?
5 What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? They are servants through whom you believed, as the Lord has assigned to each his role.
6. I planted the seed and Apollos watered it, but God made it grow.…
As one of God’s “new breed” of leaders is this in your heart? Is there something inside that makes you feel you have to be the “leader” and everyone must come under your authority no matter which 5 fold ministry you operate in?
That thinking is an old religious wine skin system has to come to an end. It is a wine skin that allows others to “suck” off your anointing and has made leaders not able to walk in the new wine skin or drink the new wine God has given you.
For the most part, we were able to function like that, but can you see why we have never been truly united with one another in the pure holy love of God? Can you see why it is so hard for the Lord to bring the churches together to function?
They can’t function in unity because the unity is not brought about by the Spirit of God? It is at best presently a man made good idea, yet it is God’s idea to form us as one body, one wheel within a wheel, one corporate body of Christ on the earth. Will it happen? Yes, but not by might, nor by power, but only by the Spirit of God!
For God to do that, we must be able to see in a new and deeper way of the mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom of God.
A Wheel Within A Wheel:
Beloved, the wheel within a wheel functions perfectly with the living creatures in heaven. The living creatures in heaven and the wheels on the earth work in perfect harmony and in the power and glory of God because it is not man made but “God breathed.” It’s purpose is to transform the earth.
This wheel within a wheel is the rising up of God’s apostolic/prophetic army under the direct command and authority of Jesus Christ as commander-in-chief of the armies of heaven and earth.
God will use the “new breed” of leaders after his own heart in the forefront but not from a “position gifting” but by “function gifting.” This is critical for us to gain the revelation of these terms if we are to get the right understanding of God’s divine placement of his body and what he is forming upon the earth.
If you are “position gifting ” minded then everyone will be have to be under your anointing. If you are “function gifting” minded everyone is under the authority of Jesus Christ Headship including you.
In the Kingdom “function gifting” understanding, you can now be sensitive to allow the Lord to use “whom he will, when he will.”
This understanding will take us out of “going to church or to a service mentality” to the “gathering of the saints” mentality found in 1st Corinthians 14:26. This one little change will empower and unite the Body like nothing we have seen before.
This is where the operation of the “function gifting” make room for the other “functioning gift” to lead as God wills even if they are never used by the Lord at all for that gathering.
There is no pressure to do anything or bring something other then each one “bringing” their part to the Lord and each other to supply what the other needs.
In the understanding of “function gifting” those called to lead will be open to see God use a 4 year old to lead his army into battle or a teenager like David to slay a Goliath? With the right understanding of “function gifting”we are now able rest in him and function together with no competition of strife.
Beloved in this new spiritual wineskin we can all drink the new wine together. We can function in the unity of the Holy Spirit as we are formed into a wheel within a wheel. It is here together we will follow the cloud by day and fire by night.
There will be no competition, no strife, no thrusting each other with swords, and there will be no breaking ranks. Each person will know their place and function as we are formed into this wheel within a wheel for the purposes of God upon the earth.
Each one will be able to hear the orders of the Lord and do them in harmony with heaven on the earth and with each other. Praise our God.
If we will allow God to arrange us together as He wills, a spirit of true humility that God can work through will manifest. As we all wait for the Holy Spirit to lead, to speak, to appoint, He will separate each person to do the work He desires.
As they sought the heart of God as one body of believers under his headship in the counsel of Jerusalem in the book of Acts to hear his voice and know his will so will we. We will once again hear and see what the Spirit of God has to show us as one “corporate body of Christ on earth to do His will.
In The New Wineskin, the Holy Spirit leads:
In the new wine skin, the Holy Spirit speaks, He leads, He guides and we follow together as one people, one Body of Christ, with each part supplying what the other needs.
Beloved, this is why many who you have worked with you in the past could very much be a HINDERANCE to the new wine skin of God. If we can’t recognize the Spirit of God and whom he would desire to lead through, we can never function.
That is why God is separating the fat sheep from the lean sheep. As God rises us up a “new breed of leaders” we must be open for God to choose who we are to labor with, laying each present and past relationship at his feet.
Each leader must be able to allow God to remove and replace, realign and reassign the body parts as He desires.
Paul writes to us this very concept in 1st Corinthians 12:
12 For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so [b]it is with Christ.
13 For by one [Holy] Spirit we were all baptized into one body, [spiritually transformed—united together] whether Jews or Greeks (Gentiles), slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one [Holy] Spirit [since the same Holy Spirit fills each life].
14 For the [human] body does not consist of one part, but of many [limbs and organs].
15 If the foot says, “Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,” is it not on the contrary still a part of the body?
16 If the ear says, “Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body,” is it not on the contrary still a part of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole [body] were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?
18 But now [as things really are], God has placed and arranged the parts in the body, each one of them, just as He willed and saw fit [with the best balance of function].
God Has Arranged The Body Parts:
I believe this is a Present Word of the Lord summed in verse 18:
BUT NOW (AS THINGS REALLY.... REALLY ARE) GOD HAS PLACED AND ARRANGED THE PARTS IN THE BODY... EACH ONE OF THEM.... JUST AS HE WILLED AND SAW FIT.... WILLED AND SAW FIT.. WITH THE BEST BALANCE OF FUNCTION... FUNCTION..
Beloved, did you notice it does not say “POSITION, TITLE?” This is “mission critical” for the wheel within a wheel to form on the earth.
If we continue to build what is upside down with the 5 fold minister on the top over everyone by position, they can never function and bring the true unity God desires on the earth. The true “new breed: of 5 fold ministers/leaders must understand their calling as Paul did.
What is Paul? What is Apollos? They are servants through whom you believed, as the Lord has assigned to each his role. I planted the seed and Apollos watered it, but God made it grow.…
That last phrase, but God made it grow give us clarity to the “TRUE HEADSHIP AND AUTHORITY OF JESUS AS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORD." The source of what the Body is, how the Body functions is not from “POSITION GIFTING, BUT FROM GOD WHO GIVES THE INCREASE THROUGH WHOM HE WILL.”
The true 5 fold ministry gifts in the Kingdom age are not positions but functions. They are tools God uses to “build the body up to FUNCTION IN COMPLETE HARMONY AS ONE WITH THE LORD, AND THE LORD ONE WITH THEM IN THE PURE HOLY LOVE OF GOD.
The true 5 fold ministry are not “offices with titles” they are foot washing servants of the Lord that lead by the laying down of their lives as Jesus did for us. Their poured out lives elevate those around them to find the Lord for themselves to become mature sons and daughters of God not dependent upon their gift but God Himself!
Who Can Run With You In This New Day:
Beloved, those that God is going to position with you, to labor with you, must be able to run with the King ‘on their own” not by your anointing or gift. Their gift, their life must supply what you need as yours must supply theirs.
That is why the eye can’t say to the hand, I have no need of you. The present understanding of leadership and government under the church age has done that very wrong thing. In the present understanding in the church age many leaders believe that those people are called by their side to “serve them” “their vision” their ministry.
It is very possible that in the present leadership structure of the church age leaders are not able to see those they are called to serve with are actually “co-laborers with Christ. They may not be able to see that each one sent to be with them possesses a “function gift” needed to advance God’s kingdom on the earth.
Beloved, God arranges the body parts to fit perfectly together so they can “function and labor together” for his purposes on the earth and not to build a “leader’s idea of ministry.” We are to be one people functioning as one Body, one wheel within a wheel for the advancement of Kingdom of God upon the earth.
We must allow God to thoroughly remove the “old wine skin” of “ministry building, position gifting” to a “function gifting” body of Christ” laboring together as a wheel within a wheel because we are at the end of the age. You can’t put new wine in an old wineskin.
It is a new day where God is bringing forth a “new wineskin” to be filled with a supernatural new wine. A wine that was not made from pressed grapes, but a wine that was made from water turned into new wine by a divine miracle of God.
A New And Deeper Unity:
So it will be with the forming of God’s wheel within a wheel, it’s function and purpose be done by the divine intervention of God. He is today pouring out his pure holy love in his full grown sons and daughters so they can labor together with the Lord to establish His kingdom on the earth.
Right now God is bringing a divine convergence in His house in this nation and the nations of the world. A divine realignment has come. A divine shift is manifesting in God’s house.
New kingdom relationships are being birthed by the Spirit of God. New divine connections are being released by the Spirit of God with new strategies, new blueprints and directions. A wheel within a wheel is coming forth on the earth.
A royal priesthood and holy nation of overcoming full grown sons and daughters are now birthed and will function together as that wheel within a wheel. Let’s read Ezekiels revelation of this together:
Ezekiel 1: 15- 29
15 As I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the ground beside each creature with its four faces.
16 This was the appearance and structure of the wheels: They sparkled like topaz, and all four looked alike. Each appeared to be made like a wheel intersecting a wheel.
17 As they moved, they would go in any one of the four directions the creatures faced; the wheels did not change direction as the creatures went.
18 Their rims were high and awesome, and all four rims were full of eyes all around.
19 When the living creatures moved, the wheels beside them moved; and when the living creatures rose from the ground, the wheels also rose.
20 Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, and the wheels would rise along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
21 When the creatures moved, they also moved; when the creatures stood still, they also stood still; and when the creatures rose from the ground, the wheels rose along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
22 Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was what looked something like a vault, sparkling like crystal, and awesome.
23 Under the vault their wings were stretched out one toward the other, and each had two wings covering its body.
24 When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings, like the roar of rushing waters, like the voice of the Almighty,[b] like the tumult of an army. When they stood still, they lowered their wings.
25 Then there came a voice from above the vault over their heads as they stood with lowered wings.
26 Above the vault over their heads was what looked like a throne of lapis lazuli, and high above on the throne was a figure like that of a man.
27 I saw that from what appeared to be his waist up he looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and that from there down he looked like fire; and brilliant light surrounded him.
28 Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him.This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking.
Jeremiah What Do You See:
Jeremiah’s what do you see? What do you hear in these scriptures? Can you see that it is God that must arrange the body parts? Can you see that these parts are not “position gifts” but function gifts, co laborers together as the Lord’s body on the earth?
Can you say who am I Lord like Paul? Who is Apollos? Can we say we are just ministering servants, but it is GOD THAT GIVES THE INCREASE? CAN YOU SEE WHAT “THE SPIRIT OF RELIGION HAS BUILT AND STILL IS, VERSE WHAT GOD IS BUILDING ON THE EARTH?
GOD IS BUILDING A NEW JERUSALEM CITY. HE IS GOING TO USE A FUNCTIONING WHEEL WITHIN A WHEEL TO TRANSFORM THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD INTO THE KINGDOMS OF OUR GOD IN CHRIST.
Beloved, “new breed of leaders” those of you who have the understanding of the “new wine skin” God is causing you to see those with you even for all these years may not be able to run with the king? Can you see that though they are faithful brothers and sisters and have been to you for many years, they may not be able to go where God is taking you?
Would you be open to see that God may need to place them somewhere else, or you somewhere else? Would you be open to let God choose who you are to walk with and function with? Can we understand that God arranges the body parts as He wills to FUNCTION?? Will we understand that this God alone who gives increase, and not you or me?
We were never made to the work of God alone or apart from God. He said, “apart from me you can do nothing.” The other body parts are part of the larger plan of God and without God arranging us and placing us as He wills, collected we can do nothing.
We were made each one of us to supply what the other needs where God places us. We need the Lord and we need each other from the youngest of us to the oldest, to be His body upon the earth under His headship. In that reality there will be no division (two different visions) amongst us. Paul writes this to the church in Corinth:
1st Corinthians 12: 24-27
24 But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it,
25 so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other.
26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
A Time Of New Divine Arrangements:
Beloved, we must now lay down each relationship we have walked with before the Lord. We need to hear what God has for us in each relationship in advancing the Kingdom of God.
We must be willing to allow the Lord to rearrange us, those with us, those around us to be placed where we and they need to be, even if that removes us from working together as we have in the past.
Those who are called to go on with us, will stay. They will have the spiritual growth, equipment, maturity to run with you in the new day and function in the new wineskin with you for they have the new wine in them.
They will supply to you what you need and you will to them. They will never take from you, suck you dry, but will be able to run, support, cover your back, and you theirs as one army unit of the Lord.
As God unfolds the reality of His wheel within a wheel, the company of Joel’s army we will begin to see the new dynamic of God’s advancing army called like Joshua to go in and take the land.
Beloved, we will always be the family of the Lord and love each other and that is a different place, function and reality verses the army of the Lord. In the army it is not about “family” but about “a functioning army/family of the Lord.”
We are being formed into the army the Lord Jesus Christ. He is head over His army as our King of King and Lord of Lords. He is the commander- in-chief of the angel armies and the army of God upon the earth. He has come in the midst of us. He is here to lead his army from victory to victory to transform the kingdoms of this earth into the kingdoms of our Lord in Christ.
