Word For Today January 15, 2020: THE UNCOMFORT ZONE: Daring to try the unknown in 2020. THE KINGDOM OF GOD’S “IN LOVE!
Beloved of the Lord,
I believe there is such a power and impartation from the Lord in what He gave me to write today. This word may not be for everyone, but is for those God is having me write it for. I pray it blesses you and you get a witness of the Holy Spirit to confirm it to your heart.
Saints of God, This morning I was going to stay at home in my prayer room to pray but I felt prompted to go to my place of prayer in Pensacola. It is a coffee shop and more and they have an upper room usually empty where I can pray and seek the Lord.
As I went to get my coffee a Pensacola magazine had these words on it “ THE UNCOMFORT ZONE: DARING TO TRY THE UNKNOWN IN 2020.
I don’t know about you, but I have so much to pray about and people to pray for, situations, circumstances that need God’s intervention. Situations that are “mission critical” for us to live, and for our family to make it, and fur us to do the will of God.
I can assure you today, there is no physical or natural way we are going to make it. There is not one thing our human effort can do to change things today. Without God, without miracles, we can’t do it. WE WILL NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT HIM! Yet is that not the place GOD would call the “UNCOMFORT ZONE?”
Beloved, we are called to walk by faith and not by sight and in 2020 that is going to be the “new normal” in the most dynamic and spiritual way we have ever known. The mixture of God’s work and our hands trying to help him is over.
God is working where we can’t see. God’s mighty hand is moving for us and in us to prepare us for the “unknown full life of Kingdom living” on earth as it is heaven.
Few have ever experienced the depth, width, height and breath of God’s love to the degree that we are now entering the 7th Day Sabbath day rest reserved for the “true people of God.” It is a place where we cease from all, ALL OUR HUMAN EFFORTS, just as God did his.
It is the “UNCOMFORT ZONE” because our entire life, family, ministry, health, finances and everything concerning who we are, what we are, the calling upon our life MUST NOW FOREVER be totally in the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ and under His complete headship.
Jesus is Lord is not a slogan. It is the Kingdom of God reality. He is Lord of all, or He is Lord of nothing. He can never be Lord of somethings. He is King of King and Lord of all Lords. Our lives are now to come under the full headship of the King of Glory.
That is why no matter what we are facing today. No matter what things look like, they are not as they really are. WE WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT. THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH, FOR WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD.
The kingdom of God begins with our physical, spiritual, emotional life and everything concerning us living in the true rest of God. That rest resides in His pure holy love that He has for us filling us completely as our all in all. There is no fear in love, perfect love cast out all fear.
God is love. God is a Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. He has sent His Holy Spirit to shed that love abroad fully in our hearts completely. Not one trace of our heart can exist in anything else but that pure holy love for that is what God’s kingdom is, perfect pure holy love!
God’s love is what defines us. God’s love is what made us. God’s love defines our purpose. It defines our existence. It defines who we are and what we are. God made us for his pleasure. He made us for Himself. We live for Him. We exist for His will, His desires.
Yet are life it is not to be a one sided existence. It is an existence where God is everything we ever want or need. Everything that we crave for is found in the Lord our God. He has come to be one with us and us one with him through Jesus Christ our Lord.
GOD IS EVERYTHING TO US BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE! THINK ABOUT THAT STATEMENT FOR A MOMENT.
GOD IS EVERYTHING TO US BECAUSE WE WANTS TO BE! NO WONDER THE BIBLES SAYS, “IF GOD IS FOR YOU, WHO CAN BE AGAINST YOU. GOD IS EVERYTHING TO US BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE, BY HIS OWN CHOICE!
HE WANTS TO LOVE US PERFECTLY. HE WANTS US FILL US PERFECTLY. HE LOVES US SO MUCH! HE WANTS TO BE WITH US, TALK WITH US, FELLOWSHIP WITH US, FILL US, SATISFY US COMPLETELY WITH HIMSELF. HE IS TRULY OUR ALL IN ALL.
If we were to continue to focus on this life and what is happening in this world, we would continue to lose sight of our true destiny, our true existence, and the reality of His Kingdom. I don’t know how He changing this dynamic, but he is.
He is sending the greatest outpouring of pure holy love in 2020 that has been seen since the day of Pentecost. He has saved the best wine for last. This I know, it is not by might, nor by power, but by His spirit, and His hand is working where we can’t see.
There was a song we sang many years ago where the lyrics said, “when I look into your holiness, when I gaze into your loveliness, when all the THINGS THAT SURROUND ME BECOME LIKE SHADOWS IN THE LIGHT OF YOU.
WHEN I FIND THE JOY OF REACHING YOUR HEART, WHEN MY WILL BECOMES ENTHRONED IN YOUR LOVE, WHEN ALL THESE THINGS THAT SURROUND ME BECOME SHADOWS IN THE LIGHT OF YOU. I WORSHIP YOU....
The writer of that song had a foretaste of the glory of God and understanding of the 3rd day finishing work Jesus is here to do in us.
Beloved, Jesus is here in our midst. You can’t physically see him unless he allows you to, but He is here never the less just as Revelation chapters 1-4 testify to us.
He is here standing in the midst of us today with eyes like fire and feet like brass. He is burning up removing everything in us, around us, that surrounds us, every single work of the devil.
He is burning up everything that is not from His pure holy love out of us so we can be everything He created us to be with Him in that perfect “in love” relationship that cast fear out the door.
I know personally that things look bleak and very desperate. Even when you look at what is going on in our nation and the world you get a picture of defeat, fear, and worry. It seems like everything is upside down. The lie is believed as the truth, and truth is called a lie.
Yet beloved, juxtaposed against the “sight realm” of the kingdom of this world is the Glory of the kingdom of God that is now unfolding on the earth through his full grown sons and daughters.
Yes Beloved, Isaiah 60 is being fulfilled right now. I love how the amplified version of the Bible expounds these verses. God is moving powerfully in 2020 and these verses describe what the Lord is presently doing:
1 Arise [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!
2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you.
3 And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
4 Lift up your eyes round about you and see! They all gather themselves together, they come to you. Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried and nursed in the arms.
5 Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart shall thrill and tremble with joy [at the glorious deliverance] and be enlarged; because the abundant wealth of the [Dead] [a]Sea shall be turned to you, unto you shall the nations come with their treasures.
Beloved verse one is a command. It is a releasing word that God has spoken and it is now being demonstrated in the power and glory of God in his full grown sons and daughters.
It is a lifting word out of the natural world and it’s power into the spiritual world of the Kingdom of God upon the earth. It is a word that changes our eyesight from the vision of the god of this world paints, into the vision of God Almighty and His hidden kingdom reality upon the earth.
God is giving us “new vision, the vision that comes from his pure holy love filling us completely in our “in love” relationship with him. This pure holy love is now arising in the hearts of his full grown sons and daughters and it is going to transform the whole earth with the knowledge and glory of God.
Today, specially in 2020 this verse is going to be fulfilled in you ears. The power of this verse is that it is changing our eyesight from what the world says and see, to what God says and sees. This word is full of the God Kind of faith. ARISE AND SHINE FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME!
IT IS TME TO DARE TO TRY TO WALK IN THE UNKNOWN OF GOD’S GLORY IN 2020. God is releasing in us the faith that comes from the power of His pure love is us to work us to arise instantly.
God spoke the first word over 3000 years ago to Isaiah: ARISE! That word to us in the spirit is life just like the word Jesus spoke to Lazarus’s dead body in the tomb, Lazarus come forth and He did!
Beloved, The Lord has released the power of his pure holy love to raise us up into the reality and the full realm of kingdom life in our hearts on the earth as it is heaven. He has commanded us to “ARISE AND SHINE FOR OUR LIGHT HAS COME!”
I am convinced more and more each day it is not the “working of power” in us as a gift that is delivering us and transforming the earth as many preachers preach. I believe it is the power of “the working of His pure holy love” filling us and being in love with us and us with him that will release His power that will transform the earth.
Leaving the love out of God’s power is like leaving breath out of your existence. Without breath we die, and without God’s love filling us we are a useless clanging bell. God is love. His kingdom is pure holy love.
We were created to be “in love with Jesus.” That “in love” relationship desires one thing, the VERY BEST AND HIGHEST FOR US! Jeremiah 29:11 God says, “I KNOW THE THOUGHTS AND PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU!” PLANS FOR YOUR WELFARE AND FOR PEACE, AND NOT EVIL, AND THAT YOU WOULD HAVE HOPE IN YOUR FINAL OUTCOME.
Yes, I said it, God is “in love with us.” He made us to be a bride for His son Jesus. He made us to be united to Jesus as a Husband is to be united fully with his wife.
He made us to be together, live together, and dwell together in the “in love relationship” until it fills every fiber of our being. In that “in love” bond His kingdom will come and His will shall be done in us on earth as it is heaven.
Beloved, It is the “in love” relationship with Jesus that is about to FULLY unfold upon the earth as never before. It is this “in love, this perfect love” that is delivering us from all fear. THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE. JESUS IS LOVE AND THERE IS NO FEAR IN HIM. IN HIM WE LIVE, AND MOVE, AND HAVE OUR BEING.
If there is one tactic and work of the enemy uses against God’s people it IS to try to convince them they are irredeemable, deplorable, in the sight of God. That our failures, sins, and lack of love causes God to turn away from us and leave us to fend for ourselves void to be loved on our own.
Yet, the very opposite is true. Jesus Christ not only died for us, but he rose again and today he is seated at the right hand of God as our faithful High priest able to succor us even in our weakness and failures. His blood is enough to forgive not just for our past sins, but for every sin we may unfortunately commit today or tomorrow.
We can come boldly ANYTIME to the throne of grace to receive mercy in our time of need. God is ready to give us timely help, mercy, and the alleviating of our consequences of our sins so we can get up and run into the arms of his pure holy love and live for His will. God has done it all, has he not?
The enemy has tried to paint a “religious picture of Jesus, of our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit by trying to convince they are “limited” by our failures and mistakes to finish us and we can never live the true holy Kingdom life on this earth, only maybe if you die you can. BELOVED THESE ARE JUST THE ENEMIES LIES.
JESUS CHRIST IS THE HOPE OF GLORY! IF ANY MAN BE IN CHRIST, HE IS A NEW CREATION, OLD THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY, AND BEHOLD ALL THINGS BECOME NEW.
I have pondered these verses for a long time, and we are in the time and season where all the old life we have known is being removed. Jesus has returned to His house and He is standing in our midst with those eyes of fire and feet like brass to burn up everything in us, His house, His temple, that has tried to destroy our destiny and our family too.
2020 is the time where His “in love with us and us with him” is going to come into full display upon the earth that is going to change everything, including us. How many times have you heard God is love, to many to count? Yet, GOD IS LOVE! LOVE IS OUR VICTORY!
Understanding and receiving the power of the verse in 1st Corinthians 13:8 is a vital key to the arising of God’s people into their destiny as a wheel within a wheel. God has said, “LOVE NEVER FAILS!” LOVE NEVER FAILS. LOVE NEVER, EVER, EVER FAILS.
NO MATTER WHAT OR WHERE YOU SEEM TO BE AT TODAY, NOR WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH TODAY HAS VICTORY OVER GOD, FOR GOD’S LOVE FOR YOU AND IN YOU NEVER FAILS.
THE OVERCOMING POWER OF GOD’S KINGDOM COMES BY GOD FILLING US, HIS TEMPLE, WITH HIS PURE HOLY LOVE. THE LOVE THAT NEVER FAILS, IT IS GOD’S AND OUR GREATEST WEAPON AGAINST THE ENEMY.
HIS LOVE WILL WORK IN DOMINION POWER AND AUTHORITY IN US TO SUBUDE THE EARTH. JESUS HAS COME TO MANIFEST HIS LOVE IN US TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL NOW AND FOREVER!
Beloved, there has been a supernatural outpouring of God’s pure holy love like we have never known before that started Jan 1, 2020. This outpouring of God’s pure holy love is the foundation of him establishing His Kingdom reality fully in our hearts that will not only transform our lives but the whole world.
Only the victory and power of God, who is love, will transform the kingdoms of this world into the kingdoms of our God in Christ. The greatest outpouring of God’s love the world has ever seen since the birth of Jesus is now going to be seen in us and upon us. God’s glory is the power of his perfect love that destroys every single work of the enemy.
John writes to us in the fourth chapter of 1st John about love, but we must see it from a Kingdom point of view. What he is describing is not for the sweet bye and bye. It is not for an euphoric place in heaven. God’s love fully released in us as his full grown sons and daughters is the invasion of heaven that transforms the entire earth. LOVE NEVER FAILS.
John writes:
13 By this we know [with confident assurance] that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given to us His [Holy] Spirit.
14 We [who were with Him in person] have seen and testify [as eye-witnesses] that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
15 Whoever confesses and acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.
16 We have come to know [by personal observation and experience], and have believed [with deep, consistent faith] the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides continually in him.
17 In this [union and fellowship with Him], love is completed and perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him]; because as He is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love [dread does not exist]. But perfect (complete, full-grown) love drives out fear, because fear involves [the expectation of divine] punishment, so the one who is afraid [of God’s judgment] is not perfected in love [has not grown into a sufficient understanding of God’s love].
Beloved of the Lord verse 17-18 stand out as the present work of God that is now manifesting in a new dimension of God’s glory. We are leaving behind the mixture of human love and God’s love, to live a full kingdom of God life on earth as it is heaven.
A Kingdom of God life that is in (union and fellowship) in his “in love with us, and our “in love with him” that is CHANGING AND TRANSFORMING EVERYTHING. SO POWERFUL IS THAT TRANSFORMATION THAT ISAIAH PROPHESIED TO US IN THIS GENERATION.

God’s precious ones, what is that light that shall be seen upon us? What is the power of the voice of the Lord calling us to “arise and shine?” It is the FULL LIGHT, POWER AND GLORY OF GOD’S PURE HOLY LOVE INVADING EVERY FIBER OF OUR BEING AS THE HOLY SPIRIT FULLY SHEDS THE LOVE OF GOD IN OUR HEARTS.
Beloved, “our light” is the fullness of God’s PURE HOLY LOVE FILLING US AS HIS BODY ON THE EARTH! Our “Light” is the revealing of the “in love” bride for her bridegroom and the bridegrooms “in love” with His bride.
THAT “IN LOVE” RELATIONSHIP THAT IS GOING TO BE REVEALED MORE FULLY IN 2020 WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING, IT WILL SUBDUE THE EARTH, AND TRANSFORM THE KINGDOMS OF THE WORLD INTO THE KINGDOM OF OUR GOD IN CHRIST.
YES, YES, YES, “Our light has come, the light of the manifestation of Jesus’s kingdom “In love with us and us with Him” is now manifesting powerfully and it will transforms the kingdoms of this world into the Kingdom of our God in Christ.
Is this real? Can it really be so? Yes it is, God said so, and He gave us His word in the recorded Bible to remind us, IT IS SO. THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE, AND PERFECT LOVE CAST OUT ALL FEAR.
THAT IS WHAT 2020 IS BRINGING TO HIS REMNANT PEOPLE, HIS FULL GROWN SONS AND DAUGHTERS THAT ARE SEEKING THAT “IN LOVE” RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.
EACH DAY AS WE GROW MORE AND MORE “IN LOVE” WITH HIM, AND MAKE THAT LOVE OUR GREAT AIM AND QUEST AS FIRS 1ST CORINTHIANS 14:1 COMMANDS, WE ARE BEING CHANGED FROM GLORY TO GLORY. WE ARE BEING TRANSFIGURED WITH HIS GLORY THAT WILL BE SEEN UPON THE EARTH!
THIS VERY GLORY OF OUR “IN LOVE RELATIONSHIP” WITH JESUS IS WHAT IS CAUSING US TO “ARISE AND SHINE!” BELOVED, THE LIGHT OF GOD’S PERFECT PURE HOLY LOVE HAS COME TO COMPLETE US ON THIS THIRD DAY AND THAT DAY IS NOW!!!!!
THIS IS A LOVE FEW HAVE EVER KNOWN SINCE THE DAYS OF THE APOSTLES. A LOVE THAT IS LIFTING US OUT OF WHERE WE HAVE LIVED IN OUR COMFORT ZONE INTO THE “UNCOMFORT ZONE” WHERE WE NOW WILL LEARN HOW TO LIVE FULLY IN THE 7TH DAY REST OF GOD. WE ARE NOW BEING FILLED WITH HIS PURE HOLY LOVE THAT NEVER FAILS. DO YOU HEAR THAT? A LOVE THAT NEVER FAILS!
THIS NEW PLACE IN 2020 WILL SEEM LIKE AN UNCOMFORT ZONE BECAUSE WE WILL CEASE FROM ALL HUMAN EFFORTS, POWER AND STRENGTH TO FULLY TRUST IN GOD WHO IS LOVE!
THIS IS A TOTALLY NEW DYNAMIC OF LOVE AND IT WILL STRETCH US AND PUT TO DEATH THE END OR OUR LIFE AS WE HAVE KNOWN IT. THE REALITY OF BEING CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, NEVERTHELESS I LIVE, BUT NOT I, WILL BE OUR TESTIMONY JUST AS IT WAS WITH THE APOSTLE PAUL.
WE WILL SAY TO THOSE IN THE WORLD, “THE LIFE I NOW LIVE, I LIVE BY FAITH IN THE SON OF GOD WHO LOVES ME.... WHO LOVES ME ... WHO LOVES ME... AND GAVE HIMSELF FOR ME....!!!! THIS IS OUR LIFE TOGETHER, ME IN HIM AND HIM IN ME!!!
WE WILL DECLARE TO THE WORLD THAT HIS LOVE CAN NEVER FAIL. BELOVED, HIS LOVE WILL DESTROY EVERY SINGLE WORK OF THE DEVIL IN US AS JESUS MANIFEST HIS LIFE IN US AND GIVES US LIFE ABUNDANTLY!
AS 2020 UNFOLD, THE REVEALING OF GOD’S UNCOMFORT ZONE IS CRYING OUT TO US, “WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE BY TRUSTING IN GOD’S LOVE FOR YOU COMPLETELY IN 2020? WILL YOU DARE TO TRY THE UNKNOWN IN 2020 OF GOD’S GLORIOUS KINGDOM LOVE?
AS WE SAY, YES LORD, I WILL JUST TRUST YOU COMPLETELY WE THEN CAN ENTER INTO THE SECRETS AND MYSTERIES OF GOD’S KINGDOM REALITY. WE CAN EXPERIENCE HIS LOVES’ POWER FULLY THAT WILL CAUSE US TO ARISE FROM THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND SITUATIONS THE ENEMY HAS TRIED TO KEEP US, AND TO ARISE INTO A “NEW LIFE”!
A LIFE WHERE WE TRULY NOW WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT. WE WILL WALK IN THE FAITH THAT COMES FROM THE POWER OF BEING LOVED PERFECTLY AS WE LIVE IN OUR “IN LOVE” RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS.
BELOVED IN THAT PERFECT LOVE WE NEVER AGAIN WALK BY SIGHT, OR “THE REASONING OF THIS WORLD OR BY FEAR AND LIES THAT THE ACCUSER HAS TRIED TO USE AGAINST US. LOVE NEVER FAILS... LOVE NEVER FAILS.. THANKS BE TO GOD WHO ALWAYS CAUSES US TO TRIUMPH.. BECAUSE HE IS IN LOVE WITH YOU!!!
This morning the title of the newspaper magazine hit me like a brick in the Holy Spirit , THE UNCOMFORT ZONE, DARING TO TRY THE UNKNOWN IN 2020.
Will we do it? Will we leave this world and all it’s reasoning behind. Will we get rid of the old wine skin or religious life? Will we lay down all we knew, all we thought we knew, all our experience to leap up in faith and “come and follow him?” Will we allow him to truly make us to BECOME “fishers of men” for these last days as a witness of His kingdom glory? THE CHOICE IS OURS? WHO WILL SAY YES LORD, HERE I AM?
A PRAYER FOR US TODAY:
FATHER, I pray right now that this word will lift us up into the “UNCOMFORT ZONE OF GOD’S PERFECT LOVE, WHERE THE ENTIRETY OF BEING WILL FULLY REST IN HIM. THAT TODAY WE SAY, YES LORD, WE WILL DARE TO TRY AND ENTER THE “UNKNOWN POWER” OF YOUR LOVE IN 2020 AS YOU DESIRE US TO.
WE EMBRACE THE CHANGE. WE EMBRACE YOUR TRANSFORMATION MARRIAGE SUPPER OF LOVE. MAY WE FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU TODAY JESUS MORE THEN WE EVER HAVE BEFORE. MAY WE TODAY EXPERIENCE FOR OURSELVES YOUR PERFECT LOVE THAT CAST OUR ALL FEAR. IN JESUS NAME.
I will close this post with Paul's Prayer for the church at Ephesus. We have prayed this before, read it before, but today may we pray and read it from the deeper place of being “in love” that God desires us to be with him. May he breath the new life it is to bring to us in 2020 of the reality of the Kingdom of love established in our hearts fully in Jesus name.
Ephesians 3: 14 For this reason I kneel before the Father,
15 from whom every family[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name.
16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,
18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
