Beloved,
My heart is a bit heavy today, because it is sad to receive directions from the Lord and insight into what this day is really about and the dramatic turnaround the Lord is trying to bring to His church and leaders when there is no desire to hear or see Jesus as He is appearing to us now as the King of Glory, The Alpha and Omega, The Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
We have been fixated on only the message of salvation of the church age the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Gifts, 5 fold ministries and have missed the coming season of Isaiah 60, Ezekiel chapter 2, Revelation chapter 5:6-10 and so much more.
I never seen such a stronghold of the "traditions of men" the "ideas of yesterday" keep us from the unfolding of the Kingdom of God on earth the way God wants to unfold it.
The parable of the wise and foolish virgins is coming more and more alive to me,
because that midnight hour has come "to go out and meet the bridegroom.
It is going to become very apparent very soon what 5 fold ministers, the saints of God in the Body of Christ will find themselves as wise or foolish virgins.
We are in the final moments to buy the extra oil for our lamps to get ready for God's end time plans to unfold and the foolish who are still doing church and business as usual.
The foolish are about to miss the timing to be ready and won't be able to enter through the door into the wedding feast of the Lord.
This parable is written to the unsaved, but the saved. It is about being prepared for the Lord's coming as in 2 Thes 1:10. It is about not hearing the call to come in Luke Chapter 14, Behold all things are ready.
To so many precious ministers and leader, body of Christ we love so much there seems to be a veil over their eyes and ears and hearts to hear the mysteries and secrets of the kingdom of God He is unfolding on the earth to prepare us to stand in this Day of the Lord.
It is easy to get comfortable with what has always been and what we have always done and to hear the Lord say change, turn around and stop doing what you are doing is difficult to hear because many men and women of God life is intertwined in what they do instead of being one with Him.
From 2020 to now, the Lord has trumpeted his call “Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing,Now it will spring forth;
Will you not be aware of it?I will even put a road in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19-21
Or Isaiah 4 where God is preparing a remnant people, a church within a church, a people within a people, the wise virgins.
A Remnant Prepared
1 And in that day seven women will take hold of one man, saying, “We will eat our own food and wear [and provide] our own clothes; only let us be called by your name; take away our shame [of being unmarried].”
2 In that day the Branch of the Lord will be splendid and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be excellent and lovely to those of Israel who have survived. 3 It will come to pass that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy (set apart for God)—everyone who is recorded for [eternal] life in Jerusalem.
4 When the Lord has washed away the [moral] filth of the daughters of Zion and has cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning,
5 then the Lord will create over the entire site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, a cloud by day, smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory and brilliance will be a canopy [a defense, a covering of His divine love and protection]. 6 And there will be a pavilion for shade from the heat by day, and a refuge and a shelter from the storm and the rain.
The enemy has blinded us to the Revelation of Jesus Christ as found in Revelation chapter 1 that is happening now. So many are missing this hour of visitation of the Lord where He has come to finish his course in us on the third day (Luke 13)
The Lord is calling his leaders and his people but again like the foolish virgins they are not hearing, not want to hear, or doing things in their own timing when the Lord says, "Behold all things are now ready.
Jesus tells this story to show us we must be ready for the new when He calls us to come. Excuses will not be accepted when the king of Glory calls you to the dinner.
Parable of the Dinner
16 But Jesus said to him, “A man was giving a big dinner, and he invited many guests; 17 and at the dinner hour he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, because everything is ready now.’ 18 But they all alike began to make excuses. The first one said to him, ‘I have purchased a piece of land and I have to go out and see it; please consider me excused.’
19 Another one said, ‘I have purchased five yoke of oxen, and I am going to try them out; please consider me excused.’ 20 And another said, ‘I have [recently] married a wife, and for that reason I am unable to come.’
21 So the servant came back and reported this to his master. Then [his master,] the head of the household, became angry [at the rejections of his invitation] and said to his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and the lanes of the city and bring in here the poor and the disabled and the blind and the lame.’
22 And the servant [after returning] said, ‘Sir, what you commanded has been done, and still there is room.’ 23 Then the master told the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and along the hedges, and compel them to come in, so that my house may be filled [with guests]. 24 For I tell you, not one of those who were invited [and declined] will taste my dinner.’”
Beloved, MANY ARE CALLED.. BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN.. the rendering of that passage means, Many are called, but few will pay the price to change to be chosen.
It is interesting the Bible series everyone is watching is called THE CHOSEN!
Today Jesus has come in the Spirit to meet us, to sup with us in the deepest intimacy of oneness we could ever have as a bride with her bridegroom, and so many leaders are choosing their church work, their church life over the fullness of life that is to be found as his bride.
Many are choosing to work and serve the Lord instead of knowing the Lords desire for them to come into deep friendship with Him.
They may have forgotten what Jesus said to the disciples at the last supper. I no longer call you servants, but I call you friends. Why did he change their position to them?
BECAUSE SERVANTS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR MASTER IS DOING! So it is today. We can be greater workers as it says in Revelation 2 to the church at Ephesus, but listen to what Jesus says to them working so hard for Jesus but not hearing his call to come and be with him, love him the way he desires to be loved.
To the angel (divine messenger) of the church in [a]Ephesus write:
“These are the words of the One who holds [firmly] the seven stars [which are the angels or messengers of the seven churches] in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands (the seven churches):
2 ‘I know [b]your deeds and your toil, and your patient endurance, and that you cannot tolerate those who are evil, and have tested and critically appraised those who call themselves apostles (special messengers, personally chosen representatives, of Christ), and [in fact] are not, and have found them to be liars and impostors;
3 and [I know that] you [who believe] are enduring patiently and are bearing up for My name’s sake, and that you have not grown weary [of being faithful to the truth]. 4 But I have this [charge] against you, that you have left your first love [you have lost the depth of love that you first had for Me].
5 So remember the heights from which you have fallen, and repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, your sinful behavior—seek God’s will] and do the works you did at first [when you first knew Me]; otherwise, I will visit you and remove your lampstand (the church, its impact) from its place—unless you repent.
6 Yet you have this [to your credit], that you hate the works and corrupt teachings of the [c]Nicolaitans [that mislead and delude the people], which I also hate.
7 He who has an ear, let him hear and heed what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who [d]overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God], I will grant [the privilege] to eat [the fruit] from the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God.’
Even the word of removing the candlestick and see how far you have fallen in this American church is falling mostly upon dead leaders ears.
They can't hear it. They refuse to hear it because it would cause them to let God try what they are doing and building in his fire to see if it will pass the test of the day of the Lord.
When the disciples asked Jesus why do you speak to them in parables, the answer he gave then applies to this generation of spiritual leaders in God's house who desire to "build something for God" instead of being "built by God" into the something God is making on the earth.
Jesus is going to define 2 groups of people the "You's" and the "Thems" I want to be a you and not a them. I want to be a wise virgin with extra oil in my lamp. I want to hear his call to come "all things are now ready and get at once and obey him and come. I want to hear His knock on my door to open it up and let him in to sup with me and me with him in Rev. 3:20
I don't want for me, my family, or any of us to let this day come upon us as a thief in the night or upon us unaware. We must be readied for what is coming and we must respond to his call to change everything, put everything down we known from the church age and let him change us from water into new wine.
In Matthew 13 we see the true answer to why some can't hear the kingdom of God message in reality, not in theory that keeps everything the same but with a paint job, why they have to be talked to in parables.
An Explanation
10 Then the disciples came to Him and asked, “Why do You speak to the crowds in parables?” 11 Jesus replied to them, “To you it has been granted to know the [b]mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.
12 For whoever has [spiritual wisdom because he is receptive to God’s word], to him more will be given, and he will be richly and abundantly supplied; but whoever does not have [spiritual wisdom because he has devalued God’s word], even what he has will be taken away from him.
13 This is the reason I speak to the crowds in parables: because while [having the power of] seeing they do not see, and while [having the power of] hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand and grasp [spiritual things].
14 In them the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says,
‘You will hear and keep on hearing, but never understand; And you will look and keep on looking, but never comprehend;
15 For this nation’s heart has grown hard, And with their ears they hardly hear, And they have [tightly] closed their eyes, Otherwise they would see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, and turn [to Me] And I would heal them [spiritually].’
16 But blessed [spiritually aware, and favored by God] are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. 17 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, many prophets and righteous men [who were honorable and in right standing with God] longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
Are we hearing His call to come? Are we understanding the season has changed and why? Do we truly know the time and season of the Lord like the tribe of Issachar?
That is question each one of us has to ask of God? What would God say to us today?
Would he know we are a wise virgin or a foolish one. Would be singing the song of the over-comers in Revelation 5:6-10 or would be crying salvation, salvation as those who just entered in by escaping the fire Revelation 7:10?
Will be found as part of the man-child company in Revelation chapter 12 or will we part of the woman company that is chased by the dragon?
Right now we are in the day of decision of where we will be found at that midnight hour? Wise or foolish, Singing or crying, Door shut in our face, or entered into the dinner? What will it be?
YOU CAN NOT PUT NEW WINE IN AN OLD WINE SKIN FOR A REASON. MY HEART IS HEAVY FOR ALL OF US, AND MUCH INTERCESSION IS NEEDED FOR GOD TO BREAK THROUGH THIS CLOUD THAT CAUSE EYES TO BE BLIND, EARS NOT HEAR AND HEARTS THAT CANT UNDERSTAND.
BUT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD. WHAT IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH MAN IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD. PRAYER CHANGES THINGS. SO LET US STAND IN THE GAP TONIGHT FOR THE REVELATION OF JESUS AS FOUND IN THE LAST BOOK OF THE BIBLE BECOMES A LIVING REALITY IN OUR HEARTS.
MAY WE BE ABLE TO LIFT UP OUR HEADS TONIGHT AS A GATE, AND TO LIFT UP OUR HEADS TONIGHT AS AN EVERLASTING DOORWAY AND LET THE KING OF GLORY COME IN.
Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. 9
Lift up your heads, O gates, And lift them up, ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in. 10
Who is [He then] this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory [who rules over all creation with His heavenly armies].
